Hello! Welcome to Transform1060’s new streamlined website calendar form. If you’re on this page, you should have a confirmed booking for at least one event.

We’re asking you to fill out this brief form to help us get your event on the publicly visible website calendar quickly and correctly! If you’ve held events at Transform1060 in the past, you may have provided this info in email or message — please, be patient and provide it again.

What you write here will go directly to the staff member who maintains the calendar. It is not kept in a database or on this site anywhere. If you take a moment to fill it out, it will save us and you time. We promise!

Some of the info we’re asking for here may be a duplicate of your booking info. We’re asking for it to make extra sure we have accurate updated info. We’re especially asking to make sure we only provide potential guests at your event the contact info YOU want them to have.
